This workshop will be held in the Collaboration Center – Room 008Q, on the Indiana State University campus in Terre Haute, IN. If we reach capacity, we’ll move to a larger room to comfortably accommodate our whole group. So when you fill out the registration form, please provide an accurate email address for your contact person. We want to keep you informed if there are any last minute room changes!

We are committed to helping as many districts, schools, and administrative teams as possible. If you need "scholarship pricing" please send us a message and we'll try to assist.

With the passage of House Bill 1002, Indiana schools are no longer required to submit traditional School Improvement Plans (SIPs). While this shift removes certain compliance burdens, it also places a greater onus on district and school leaders to prioritize initiatives, audit current efforts, and create sustainable, locally driven action plans.

Join us for this timely workshop where we’ll help you turn this new flexibility into strategic focus. You’ll learn how to assess initiative overload, align efforts with real outcomes, and build a living roadmap for improvement that works—without waiting for state directives.”
